COTO DE IMAZ RESERVA - RIOJA 2001
This wine come from a selection of the best tempranillos grapes in Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa. Long maceraction times have provided it with a stable and powerfull tannic structure. Aged in american oak. Good to stand a long ageing in bottle.
Is a little bit acid, but good with chesse or meats.
Ideal temperature: 18º to 20º
Good wine for a good price (not expensive) from Spain. You can find this wine in a few big supermarkets in Spain or Germany.
NOTE: When you read "Caldos", they mean "Wines"...but in the spanish language a "caldo" is also a kind soup!!! The proper word in "wine" and is recognized worldwide. But for some reason you can read or hear in the spanish wine-world the word "caldo" when they speak about wines.
