Marques Polavieja Reserva - Jerez de la Frontera
This red wine D.O. Ribera del Duero is made with Tempranillo and Garnacha.
After the fermentation the wine is aged for 12-18 months in French and American oak casks. It then matures for 1 year in the bottle
Notes and sensations:
Bright, clean colours of deep red. You can see also a purple edge.
Intense and smooth complex nose of ripe berries, spices and vanilla. Round and balanced on the palate, elegant at the end. Is a powerful wine.
The ideal temperature: betweeen17º and 19º C.
Best for: meat and cheese.
