Easter lamb or Easter bunny, Easter cake
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
125 g sugar
1 package vanille sugar
25 gr starch flour
75 gr butter
powder sugar for decoration
Preparation:
Mix the eggs, the egg yolk and the sugar with the vanille sugar and stirr it until its foamy.
Mix the flour with the starch flour and strain it on top of the egg foam. Mix it carefully, not too much!
Heat the butter in a hot water bath, let it cool down a bit and stirr it carefully with the dough.
Put the butter into the easter lamb form to prevent the dough from sticking to the form. Add a bit flour and maybe breadcrumbs to prevent the flour from sticking to the form.
Bake it for around 35 to 40 minutes at 180 °C.
Dust it with the powder sugar and enjoy!
