- 1 canadian lobster
- 1 honeydew melon
- Iceberg lettuce
- Cream
- Ketchup
- Cognac
- Freshly squeezed orange juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Orange filet slices
Preparation
Put the live Lobster with the head first in boiling water, let it cook for 8 to 9 minutes.
Mix all ingredients for the cocktail sauce and stir it creamy.
Decorate the Cocktail bowl with the lettuce, the lobster legs and some orange filet slices.
Clean the Lobster and remove the intestine. Take half a lobster per lobster cocktail!
Put the lobster on top of the salad, add the cocktail sauce and enjoy!
