The restaurant Es Ventall is the result of the constant and tenacious work of a whole family for more than 25 years.

During all this time we have suffered several changes, but the final goal has been to leave a good memory in the people who visit the restaurant; regarding food, as well as drinks and a good service.

After many years of constant and tenaicous work, we have been awarded as Best Catering Company 2006 by PIMEEF, and we have received the “Q de qualitat (quality)” from the Balearic Government.

We are honored by both awards, which make us be even more motivated to continue investigating new flavours, new textures, new recipes, learning and improving each day.

THE CUISINE

The restaurant was at first devoted to be a reference for traditional Ibizenc cuiine and was devoted to it for many years.

But when José Miguel Bonet (nowadays chef de cuisine) arrived to Es Ventall, we started to look for a new reference point.

The goal was to renovate the style, which we have achieved without forgetting the restaurant's characteristics, the traditional Mediterranean cuisine.

Thus, you can still savour the dishes of the tradicional Ibizenc recipes (as the Bullit de Peix, the Sofrit Pagés, or desserts such as Graixonera), together with signature cuisine.
