- His Grandfather showed him the Kempinski Grill in the 70´s
- He ate a turtle soup and payed a lot of attention to the head waiter
- At that point he decided to became a waiter
- He did his apprentenceship at "Breitenbacher Hof"
- For 18 years he is a "Grill member"
